Still being confirmed with the operator: launched, live chat, app. We publish figures once we've checked them, not before.

Dove Bingo is one half of a matched pair. Dove Slots is the other: same operator, same soft branding, same cashier and support inbox. Land on one and you will wonder whether the other differs.

The second question is what a bingo brand running on a slots platform means for the bingo — because every game named on its own pages, read on 27 August 2026, is a slot. It scores 6 out of 10 on our rating method.

Choosing between the two doves

Both doves are operated by Jumpman Gaming Limited under one Gambling Commission licence, and they share the platform underneath: the same four studios, the same six deposit methods, the same support address, the same conversion cap in the small print. Twenty-three sister brands sit alongside them.

An account at one dove is not an account at the other: separate registration, separate verification, separate welcome. Two Jumpman sites get you two offers, not two casinos.

So the choice comes down to wrapper and welcome. This one is wrapped as bingo and spins a Mega Wheel; the Dove Slots review covers what its twin runs; do not assume the terms here transfer. The platform itself we explain once on the Amazon Slots review; the family list is on our Jumpman casinos page.

The Mega Wheel, and the £8 that caps every ten spins

The site’s own published page title, read on 27 August 2026:

Dove Bingo | Spin the Mega Wheel To Win Up To 500 Free Spins

The mechanism: deposit £10 or more as a new player and take one spin of a wheel whose segments decide how many spins you get. Five hundred is one segment. Jumpman publishes the odds on none of them, so nobody outside the operator can say what that spin is worth. “Up to” is carrying the sentence.

Then a term this brand states plainly, from its own significant terms:

New players only, min deposit £10, £8 max win per 10 spins, max bonus conversion equal to lifetime deposits (up to £250), 10X wagering requirements and full T&Cs apply.

Read literally, that middle clause caps what any ten of those spins can return at £8. No maximum bonus figure is stated anywhere, the welcome terms name no eligible-game restriction, and no promo code is needed — the offer attaches to the deposit.

Fifty blocks of ten, and where the ceiling actually sits

Take the smallest qualifying deposit and follow it through.

  1. You pay in £10. Lifetime deposits: £10. That buys one spin of the Mega Wheel.
  2. The wheel decides your spins. Neither the segment odds nor the per-spin stake value is published — the two figures you would need to price this in pounds. That absence is most of why bonus value scores 5.
  3. Suppose the top segment lands. Five hundred spins is fifty blocks of ten, and at £8 a block the most they could return under that clause is £400, by our arithmetic on the operator’s own term. A ceiling, not an expectation.
  4. Say you finish with £40 of bonus cash. At 10x, that is £400 of stakes before it converts. Our wagering calculator runs other figures, and wagering requirements explained covers the mechanics.
  5. Now the clause that settles it: conversion to real funds is capped at your lifetime deposits, up to £250. Yours are £10. So you can stake the whole £400, clear the requirement outright, and convert £10. That £250 ceiling needs £250 of deposits behind it.

Two caps, and on a tenner the smaller wins. The £8-per-ten clause never gets near binding, because the conversion cap has already fixed your outcome at what you paid in.

One nuance sits underneath all of it. Where the spins pay out in cash, wagering on those winnings is 0x; where they arrive as bonus cash, it is 10x. No terms line we found on this site says which version you will be handed, and on this offer that distinction is the whole thing.

The 65x sitting on the terms page

On 27 August 2026 the significant-terms line appeared in more than one form. Two carry the 10x above. A third reads:

New players only, £10 min fund, max bonus conversion equal to lifetime deposits (up to £250) to real funds, 65x wagering requirements and full T&Cs apply.

That is 65x, not 10x, and the same 65x string sits on the terms page itself: the same offer, six and a half times the stakes. Which one applies may depend on how you arrived, so read the wording beside the button you are about to press — not the footer’s, and not ours.

A bingo brand whose named games are all slots

Four studios are named: Pragmatic Play, Blueprint Gaming, Eyecon and Games Global. The titles the home and promotions pages lead with are Starburst, Fluffy Favourites, Big Bass Splash and Gates of Olympus.

The bonus terms then name the list you are restricted to while wagering: twelve titles, six from the Big Bass series, plus Jungle Jim, Lost Sphinx, Fluffy Favourites, Luck of the Irish, 5 Lions and Eye of Horus. Not one bingo room is on it. Whatever the branding says, clearing a bonus here is done on slots.

The gap that leaves is worth stating bluntly: on the pages we read we found no bingo room names, no ticket prices and no session schedules. The total game count is unpublished too, and we have not confirmed whether there is a live casino section, whether demo play works before registering, or whether RTP is shown in-game. Games score 6 — mainstream, decent, identical across the family.

Cashback, and two wheels with different names

Three promotions are named on this brand’s own pages: the Mega Wheel, the Mega Reel and cashback. Both wheel names appear on the same site; it is the Mega Wheel the page title sells, with no segment odds published for either.

We found no published detail on the cashback — no percentage, no frequency, no wagering figure — so treat it as a name rather than an offer until you have read its terms. The welcome’s 10x does not travel, and the 65x is on the same page.

Paying in by phone bill, getting paid out by card

Deposits: debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), PayPal, pay by mobile, Paysafecard, Skrill and Neteller, minimum £10. Withdrawals: debit card, PayPal, Skrill and Neteller.

Compare the lists. Pay by mobile and Paysafecard fund an account but cannot receive a payout: fund by voucher or phone bill and you will need a card, PayPal or an e-wallet in your own name before anything comes out. Arrange that on day one.

The terms say withdrawals are “processed within 24 hours”, which is why banking scores 7. A second clause is worth knowing:

withdrawals will be returned to your balance within 48 hours

That is the reversal window: for two days after requesting a payout, logging in and cancelling puts the money back into play. Handy if you change your mind, less so if you withdrew because you had decided to stop. Identity documents get requested before a first withdrawal — a licence condition, and our guide to how casino withdrawals work covers what to have ready.

The phone version is the website

There is no native iOS or Android app and we found no sign of one. What there is: a responsive site with a web app manifest, so it installs to a home screen and behaves much like an app. Every game runs in a browser anyway. Mobile scores 6 — adequate rather than considered.

The licence covers bingo as well as slots

Dove Bingo is operated by Jumpman Gaming Limited under Gambling Commission account number 39175, remote casino and bingo licence 039175-R-319452-025. We checked that on the public register on 27 August 2026, not the footer, which is templated across two dozen sites.

The bingo half of that licence is real even where the lobby leans slots, and it brings customer-funds rules, age and identity checks, and a free route to independent dispute resolution. Trust scores 7.

Tools available: deposit limits, reality checks, time-outs, self-exclusion and GamStop. Set a deposit limit before you feel you need one; raising one later is deliberately slow. GamStop is national and blocks every Commission-licensed site at once, this one included.

Before you deposit, know who you are asking

Support is a web form, an FAQ section and [email protected] — an operator address serving the whole estate, not this brand alone. No live chat, and no published response times. Support scores 4.

It compounds everything above: which wagering figure applies, whether your spins pay in cash or bonus cash, what the bingo rooms cost. All of it goes into one queue with no stated turnaround. So put it all in the first message — registered email, the exact wording of the term, and where you saw it. One complete email beats four thin ones.

Registering here when you already have a Dove Slots account

Registration is standard: email and password, then name, date of birth and address. A deposit of £10 or more releases the Mega Wheel spin, and there is no code to enter.

An account at the other dove will not sign you in here — different site, different registration, different verification. Logging back in is the same email and password on dovebingo.com. Lose the password and there is no phone line to ring: it is the reset link on the login screen, or the web form, which returns you to that shared inbox.
