[LEGAL REVIEW — this policy describes what the site actually does today and is written to be accurate, but it should be reviewed by a UK data-protection adviser before launch, and the data-controller details below completed.]
Who the controller is

What we collect
There are no accounts, newsletters or forms on this site, so we don't collect names, email addresses or payment details. What we do collect:
- Aggregate traffic statistics via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't fingerprint or track you between sites.
- Outbound click counts — when you click through to a casino we record which brand, which page, which position on that page, the referring page, your country, and a truncated one-way hash of your browser's user-agent string. We do not store IP addresses, and none of it identifies you.
- Server logs held briefly by our host, Cloudflare, for security and abuse prevention.
Why we're allowed to
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: understanding which pages are useful and whether our links work, using the least data that answers the question. You can object at any time via the contact route below.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the processors that run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and analytics) and Supabase (click-count storage). We don't sell data and we don't run advertising networks.
When you click through to a casino
Once you land on an operator's site you're on their property and their privacy policy applies, not ours. Our link tells them you came from us so we can be credited — it doesn't pass them anything about you.
How long we keep it
Aggregate statistics and click counts are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold, object to processing, or complain to theInformation Commissioner's Office. Because we hold nothing that identifies you, we may not be able to link any record to you — but ask, and we'll tell you honestly what exists.
